We pride ourselves on providing our customers with added value and quality service. That's why we offer free shipping from our warehouses in Asia and the United States to anywhere in France.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

PIKTRY is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided during the order process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. In the event of an error on our part, we will resend the original order free of charge.

CUSTOMS FEES

We are not responsible for customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is 10-12 days.

This time does not include the 1-3 day processing time.
All shipping times do not include customs clearance times.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.

MY TRACKING INDICATES “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME”.

For some shipping companies, it may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@PIKTRY.com and we will prioritize your issue.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
